In the midst of the recent Hip Hop recession plagued by failing record labels and unemployed MC's, TeV '95 has released "Stay Strong" the first track off his new instrumental album, Bailout Beats. This is the first of the many measures that TeV '95 plans to implement in a desperate attempt to rescue the failing Hip Hop economy.
